Craft your way through Mindfulness with the Crafty Social Worker
Have you struggled to make time for yourself?
Have you been told to “just meditate more” — but it doesn’t fit into your real, everyday life?
Do you love to craft… but perfectionism gets in the way?
Do you live with anxiety or ADHD and wish your brain felt a little quieter?
If you answered yes to any of these, mindfulness might be the missing piece — not in a rigid, sit-still-for-30-minutes way, but in a practical, doable way that fits your life.
Mindfulness can help your brain slow down, increase clarity, and reduce the constant mental noise.
But let’s be honest — starting a mindfulness practice can feel overwhelming. It can feel like one more thing on your to-do list.
That’s exactly why this group exists.
Introducing the 4-Week Crafty Mindfulness Coaching Group
In this supportive, structured group experience, you’ll learn how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life in a way that feels approachable, realistic, and sustainable.
We combine:
Practical mindfulness education
Simple, accessible crafting
Gentle accountability
Real-life self-care strategies
This isn’t about doing it perfectly.
It’s about building small practices that actually stick.
Meet The Crafty Social Worker
Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Coach who specializes in working with neurospicy humans, as well as those navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and the everyday challenges of being human.
She believes that having a busy, creative brain isn’t a flaw — it just requires the right structure and support. Stephanie brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, creating spaces that are practical, compassionate, and grounded.
Outside of sessions, she loves to craft — which is where “The Crafty Social Worker” was born. For Stephanie, creativity and mindfulness go hand in hand. Mindfulness has been transformative in her own life and in the lives of many she has worked with, and she is passionate about sharing tools that help people feel more present, flexible, and empowered.
Through coaching, she helps clients move from overthinking to action — building systems that support real life, not perfect life.
What Does the Mindfulness Craft Group Look Like?
This isn’t an art class.
It’s not about being “good” at crafts.
And you don’t need a specific project in mind.
This is mindfulness with your hands busy.
Each weeks’ virtual session includes:
Gentle education about mindfulness and how it supports your nervous system
A short grounding or centering practice
Opportunities to engage in a simple, low-pressure creative activity (drawing, collage, stitching, coloring, etc.)
Prompts to bring awareness to thoughts, emotions, and sensory experience
Optional reflection and sharing
Space to work quietly if that’s what you need
You can bring your own project, use the suggested activity, or keep it very simple. The goal isn’t productivity — it’s regulation.
By the end of this 4-week Crafty Mindfulness Coaching Group, you’ll have:
A practical understanding of mindfulness that actually fits into daily life
Simple, repeatable tools to calm overthinking and mental spirals
Greater awareness of how your brain responds to stress and overwhelm
Small, sustainable self-care practices that don’t require perfection
A creative outlet that supports presence rather than productivity
Increased confidence in your ability to pause before reacting
A structured plan for continuing mindfulness beyond the group
Most importantly, you’ll walk away knowing that mindfulness doesn’t have to look a certain way — it just has to work for you.
This group isn’t about becoming a different person.
It’s about building skills that make your current life feel more manageable, grounded, and intentional.
