FAQs
Is this therapy?
1
No. This is a coaching and educational group experience.
Although Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, this group does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. If you are seeking therapy services, a separate intake process is required.
Who is this group best for?

This group is a good fit for adults who:
Experience anxiety, ADHD, or overthinking

What if I’ve tried mindfulness before and it didn’t work?
3
This group combines a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
Do I need to be “good” at crafting?
4
Not at all.
And Stephanie would say she is not.
The crafting element is simple and process-focused. This is not about artistic skill — it’s about using your hands to support presence and reduce mental noise.
What if I can’t attend one of the sessions?
5
Because this is a structured, time-based group experience, missed sessions are not refundable.
Is this group confidential?
6
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not share personal information discussed in group.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting. You are responsible for choosing what you share.
What technology do I need?
Sessions are held virtually. You will need:
A stable internet connection
A private space
Access to the SimplePractice portal
Basic crafting materials (a list will be provided)
7
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available until 48 hours before the course start date.
Within 48 hours of the course beginning, and once the course has started, all payments are non-refundable.

Is this appropriate if I am in crisis?
9
No. This group is not appropriate for individuals experiencing active crisis, suicidal ideation, or acute psychiatric distress.
If you are in crisis, please contact 911, 988 (U.S.), or a licensed mental health provider.
If group coaching isn’t the right fit, 1:1 coaching is available. Individual coaching offers personalized structure, pacing, and support tailored to your needs.
What if I prefer individual support?
10
What if I sign up and then feel nervous about participating?
11
It’s completely normal to feel nervous before starting something new.
You’re welcome to participate at the level that feels comfortable. There is no pressure to share beyond what feels appropriate for you.
